I just Love Brenda's spirit. She is a Awesome and Amazing Cosmetologist. Her customer service is Phenomenal and the atmosphere is just peaceful. She is God sent to a lot of her Clients and we Love her.

My first time going to this shop Ms Brenda was very friendly I felt comfortable but most of all she gave me just I ask for my color was superb I had a great time there I will be going back. Any body who like there hair short try Ms Brenda she's a great person. Thank you Ms Brenda

Brenda is a masterful cosmotologist! She has been cutting my hair for 20 years. I now live in PA and I still drive down or take the train for my hair appointments. No one else is as gifted as Brenda is. This craft is definitely her ministry!

Brenda is a master at her craft. I love my cut and color. I moved here from New Jersey and was having a hard time finding someone to cut my hair with precision. I met a woman at happy hour and her hair was beautiful ; she suggested I see Brenda too. I can finally say I found my hair stylist in Baltimore. I wanted a change from wearing my hair and or wigs to a nice cut . I’ve never worn my hair short so this was a dramatic change for me . As my hair is long but thin , I knew I would have a lot of hair cut off . I showed Brenda a few pictures of styles I liked and hair color. Brenda worked her magic and I’m so pleased ! My haircut is short and sassy . The color is beautiful . Thank you Brenda for my amazing transformation ❤️

This Mother’s Day weekend, I made a special trip to Baltimore to the most Talented and Amazing Salon in the DMV! Short Cutz, owner, Brenda Fletcher. Girl, you can cut some hair!!! First of all I want to thank Ms Brenda for her talent with hair. I called Abt one week ago and was able to book appt for today Friday Dec. 29. When I walked into her salon were welcoming, clean, great communication and nothing but good vibes. My hair were damaged in the middle and back and I allowed her to freestyle in my hair. Omg I love it and found a new stylist. Ms. Brenda multitask between me and 3 other clients and I will give it to her, she done her thing. My hair got cut, perm, dried and a short curl styled in my hair. Before she was halfway done I already had a good feeling Abt the end result. My hairstyle make me look like a young lady and not someone grandma and I truly appreciated it 100™✓.

My experience at Short Cutz was absolutely amazing! This was my first time coming and Brenda, the owner slayed my hair to the Gods! I called to get a cut, relaxer and style. I’ve received many compliments. Not only was the service and care amazing, there was a Mother’s Day spread and Brenda made sure that I left out with a delicious plate! The atmosphere of the salon is family like and I love that! It’s nice when people are inviting and welcoming. I will highly recommend coming to salon if you are looking for great service, a bomb style and an amazing stylist who cares! Thank you so much Brenda! I’ve found my new salon home. UPDATE: A year later, and Brenda’s anointed hands created magic with my hair! 10/10 🩷 -Tesia
